Companies House is introducing major reforms under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act. One key change is the introduction of identity verification for company directors, people with significant control (PSCs), and those filing on behalf of companies.

This is part of a wider effort to increase transparency and combat fraud. If you're a company director or involved in running a company, you will soon need to verify your identity before you can act.

We're an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP)

As a registered ACSP, we can carry out identity verification on your behalf and file with Companies House through secure, authorised channels. This saves you time and ensures full compliance with the new requirements.

What this means for you:

  • You won't need to use Companies House's online system directly

  • We can verify your identity quickly and securely

  • We'll keep you up to date with future deadlines and requirements

If you're not sure how these rules affect you, or if you'd like help verifying your identity, get in touch with us today.
