Annual Accounts

All accounts that are used in the preparation of tax returns have to comply with generally accepted accounting practice (GAAP). That includes compliance with financial reporting standards and statements of standard accounting practice. We know that the HM Revenue & Customs are policing this area more diligently and it is vital that the annual accounts are properly prepared and at the same time produced to optimise the tax position.
